Hey guys! It's been a while since I have done a post about recent beauty related purchases, so I thought I would share some with you today! This is a collective haul, stuff I've picked up over the past two months or so.
This is such a beautiful blush at the drugstore! I have used it numerous times and I really, really do enjoy it.
I have mixed reviews on this tinted brow gel. I think it works great in that it isn't too stark, it actually goes on and looks very natural. My only complaint with this is if you have obvious bald patches or gaps in your brows and you fill those areas in with a pencil or a powder product, then you go to top them with this, this gel picks up and removes the pencil or powder product you had put down. So then, you have to turn around and go back over your sparse areas. Kind of a headache. I think this product would be great for someone who had fuller brows without much sparseness.
I actually really do enjoy this product. It's great to use on a night out, as it gives a glow to your skin that is so pretty. Definitely smells like lemongrass, which I actually enjoy. It does leave your skin slightly tacky for a while, but I really do think the tan you get is pretty. Definitely my pic for a night out and I want my skin to be glowing.
Mine is in the Tahitian Vanilla scent and I really do like it. It smells kind of like a tobacco pipe to me? Really good though, and the mitt is superb. Much higher quality than most mitts that come with self tanners. When I use the St. Tropez tanning oil I use this mitt to apply it! This oil seems to go further than the St. Tropez one as well, and it results in a longer lasting tan. I've really enjoyed this product!
Dove Invigorating Dry Shampoo, 3 pack
I picked this big pack up at Sam's Club, and I have really been enjoying it. I love having so many bottles on hand, and it's so much more affordable if you buy stuff like this at Sam's. Batiste is my all-time favorite dry shampoo, but the Dove one is a close second.
I think I've mentioned in every YT video and on most blog posts just how much I love the Too Faced La Creme lipsticks. This one in the color Nude Beach, is just a great nude peach. Very light on the lips, sweet lemony aroma, and super moisturizing. What's not to love.
This brow gel is actually really good at keeping your brows in place. It's what I would describe as a drier formula, as in if you compared it to the Anastasia Clear Brow Gel, you don't feel it as much. It goes on a lot drier and more noticeable. Really good, basic brow gel.
I actually LOVE this eyeshadow primer. It totally reminds me of the Nars Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base. Again, it's not a super wet product. It's thick and more dry, and it leaves your lids a little tacky and ready to take on shadow. Love it.
This is a very pretty highlight! I am just now getting into trying some Makeup Revolution products, and I am enjoying them. I have worn this several different ways, my favorite is using just the top two rows which gives you a really pretty pinky champagne color.
I was checking out at Ulta and seen this little guy on one of those towers at the checkout, and of course I went ahead and grabbed it as well. Those things get me every time!
My favorite hair color to cover the areas of gray/white that I have. Some hair colors just don't cover, but this one does a fabulous job. My shade is in Dark Chocolate Brown.
Pond's makeup remover wipes are just my favorite. They all work very similarly to me and I enjoy them all (Luminous Clean, Original Fresh, Evening Soothe, etc.).
I accidentally bought waterproof! I never buy waterproof mascara, I find it to be harder to remove. Also, the formula in the waterproof seems to be a little underwhelming as well. Maybe just because it's still fairly new, but it doesn't seem to work as well as the regular at this point.
I have went through two of these bad boys in the past, and I have since tried a couple more from the drugstore. I couldn't wait to get my hands on this again! Such a solid brow pencil! I also really love the one by L'Oreal as far as drugstore options go, but this one is probably a little better. SO comparable to the Anastasia Brow Wiz.
The lashes that I bought for my First Time Applying False Lashes video! These are super natural and somewhat easy to apply (lol), definitely would be easy for those of you used to doing it. I'm not a false lash type of gal, but I did enjoy how these look.
I'm all about a white manicure or pedicure, and I had been meaning to add this guy to my collection for a while now. I have Essie's Blanc in my collection, which is a true stark white. Marshmallow is a little bit subdued, just a softer white. Not so in your face. I haven't tried it yet but am looking forward to it!
This is such a pretty polish! The perfect polish for summer! Bright and beautiful without being too in your face. Love this!
And then lastly I will share with you the last bunch of wax melts I picked up.
I actually ended up really liking the Pink Sugar Berry melts from Better Homes & Gardens in the last haul I did, so I grabbed me a couple more of those.
I was also able to find a couple more packs of the ScentSationals Iced Lemon Sugar Cookie melts. I loved these from the moment I first tried them. So good!
And the last ones I picked up to try were these in the flavor Pink Velvet, which is a blend of sugar and vanilla. They do smell really good.
Alright guys, that just about does it for now! Thanks for stopping by today and have a great day!
