Hey guys. An article of clothing I have really been enjoying this past fall and winter is a vest. The weather can be so up and down here where I live, cold one day then warm the next. A vest is a great option during this type of weather, as it keeps you warm but it's not like wearing a big coat. Here are the ones I've been wearing (and loving).
Cream colored quilted barn vest with gold hardware.
I got this last year from Old Navy and it's lovely. Not too thick and puffy, this is great for chilly but not-so-cold days. The gold hardware immediately makes this piece look more highend, and the neutral color pairs nicely with almost anything. My favorite thing to pair it with? A classic plaid flannel.
Next up we have a down-filled puff vest in a classic navy with gold hardware and contrasting cream colored monogramming.
My favorite way to wear this is again with a plaid flannel button-up. So easy and so chic, great for a little bit chillier weather.
And last but not least we have a faux feather vest for a little bit dressier occasion. I found this for under $30 from Forever 21 last year and I absolutely love it.
While most vests are great to throw on on more casual days, this one is great to wear on days when you want to look a little bit more put together. My favorite way to wear this one is over a simple, solid black, fitted, long sleeve tee with a sparkly necklace.
xo.
