Hi guys! Here are some pics of a few new things I've picked up and have really been loving! We will start with some hair care products.
BB, CC, DD cremes just for the face? Well, not any longer! I picked up the BB Shampoo, Conditioner and Ultimate 10 BB Creme. Pantene products have always worked really well for me, and I am really enjoying these. I got all of them at Wal-Mart for pretty cheap, I don't remember exactly how much, but I know they were less than $10/each.
Aveda Smooth Infusion Naturally Straight. I bought this directly from the Aveda website and it was about $28. What it is - basically this leave in product is designed to eliminate frizz and is supposed to straighten curls progressively over time. I can tell this has really helped with some of my frizz. Not too much difference, but definitely some improvement!
Sometimes you don't need a big bobby pin, just something to pin back a tiny bit of hair, and for those occasions these little guys are perfect. They are about half the length of a regular bobby pin and are so handy. I found these at Wal-Mart.
I have recently been on a mission to get rid of my Grand-Canyon size pores, and I've been using the L'Oreal Youth Code Texture Perfector serum. Since I took this picture I have actually finished the first bottle up completely. I can definitely tell a difference in the texture of my skin since starting this. I purchased this from Wal-Mart as well for $19.
I have extremely sensitive eyes and I was afraid the Roc Retinol Correxion Eye Cream would possibly be irritating, but I went ahead and bought it and gave it a try. I have really liked this. I don't use eye cream everyday, but when my eye area feels dry or tired this feels great. Wal-Mart (again), $21.
Maybelline. Palette. Nudes. That's all it took. My favorite drugstore brand with my favorite eyeshadow shades in a big palette, I was SOLD. I haven't tried this yet, but I know it is something I will use! Available at any drugstore for $10-ish.
I am REALLY getting into Wildfox Couture. This summer jumper couldn't have been more perfect. This was made for me!
I hand-painted a flag scarf for the 4th of July that I ended up really loving. I've alwaysssss LOVED 4th of July and anything patriotic/flag print. I have since found this huge, distressed flag scarf from Free People that I just HAD to have.
(this is a king size bed)
I bought directly from the Free People website for $38.
Another item to add to my ever-growing pajama collection, this sleep dress from VS Pink is more like a t-shirt on me. I'm kind of tall (5'8"), and I'm reallyyyyyyyy long from the waist down. So, it's not unusual for something to be short on me. Loveeeee this. So cute.
Bought from the VS website for $26.95.
I had a coupon code to get this Pink tumbler and mini dog for free. My doggie Darcy ended up with the toy!
$19.50 value, I got it for free though. No longer available.
I fell in LOVE with this VS Kimono. This is not a kimono you would wear out of the house, it is just for lounging around the house. It's not very long, it barely comes down over my butt. This is totally my color, I adore the minty seafoam green with the pink pom-poms.
Some of my silky robes from VS have the tie around the waist that is not attached, and I REALLY prefer the ones that do like this. When they are not attached they tend to slip around and be too much of a hassle.
This was still available on their website a couple of days ago, but I couldn't find it today. Keep an eye out for it. It had been around $90 originally and I got it for around $40.
White Chocolate KitKats are my favorite candybar of all time. Sooooooo, I had to try the japanese Green Tea KitKats that everyone has been talking about. Ordered these online (from Japan) and ate 3 bags in like 3 days. They were sooooooo good! Definitely recommend trying them if you get the chance.
And last but not least, I got some more tea from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I love flavored teas like this served iced for Summer. Soooooo good and refreshing. Passion tea is my favorite tea, and while I really like this one, my favorite is still the Tazo one you can find at Wal-Mart now! #numnum
Stay tuned for more hauls and reviews. Been haulin' like a mad woman lately, lol. What's new?
Muuuaaahhhh!
