Clothing Ideas:
Foley+Corinna Bag
It has a plain, flat front. The backside has a zipper with a fringe. (The color looks a little off in some of these photos, sorry).
This just goes to show you, if you invest in quality made genuine products, they can last you for years. I don't remember how much I paid for this exactly, but similar bags around this size run between $395-$500 on HSN's website. I know that sounds like a lot, but I believe you get what you pay for. Plus, they are on easy pay!
Illamasqua Jo'Mina nail polish

(a pinky fuscia)
Buxom lipgloss in Rachel
Milani 3D Glitzy Gloss in Fashion Diva
Revlon lipgloss in Lilac Pastelle
(this light purple gloss over top the right lipstick could give the perfect orchid shade)

Bag/Purse Idea:
I found this a few years ago on HSN. At that time I wanted a new bag and had VERY specific things I wanted. I wanted leather, big, bright, comfy on the shoulder, and for it to be a one piece. No straps, all one piece, like a doughnut. This one had everything I wanted. I've loved it since day one, and it is the perfect color for 2014.

The big shoulder strap has a zipper with a fringe too, if you want two straps you simply unzip it. This big, soft strap is so comfy.
This bag is huge. Zippers on both sides inside. (Here you can see the color more accurately).

Lipsticks:
When thinking about orchid-ish shades of lipstick, keep in mind that numerous shades will work. If something is a little too pink, add a more purple hued lipgloss on top. Or mix two colors, or use a lipliner that adjusts the color accordingly. Possibilities in this category are endless. Here are some items I plan on wearing.
(definitely a more pinky/mauve)
(GORGEOUS)
(more pink with orchid shimmers)

If you glance through your makeup you'll see various purple shades in your collection. Once you blend colors out and put the finishing touches on your eye looks, all you're looking for is that hint of color. Any and all of these could give you that. Another palette that could really come in handy this year:
Alrighty, that just about does it. Like I said, I think following the 2014 Radiant Orchid trend will be quite easy. You can't go wrong with purpley-fuscias. All you have to do is incorporate one or two of these to your daily looks (too much and we would look Barney-ish...def not the look we are aiming for hahaha)! So let me know what things you've got for this new trend, and as always, thanks for taking time out of your day to stop by.
